Service Description

W2's or Retirement: A single individual or married couple filing a 1040EZ, or W2 employees without self-employment. This appointment includes e-filing when available. Additional service fees may also apply to (but is not limited to) the following: Itemizing, stocks, virtual currency, gambling, special credits, and dependents If you have one dependent minor who has earned their own money, they may accompany you to this appointment to have their taxes filed at a reduced price. This does not apply to dependent adults or dependents who are not present at the time of this appointment. For additional filers attending the same appointment (including 2+ dependent children that earn taxable income), please book a separate appointment for them or schedule a "Multiple Returns" appointment, which can also be used for those tax filers who itemize their deductions. At Pelican, you are our client all year, and with your paid return we will gladly help you make a plan to manage any tax issues that come your way.

Cancellation Policy:

Late arrivals are treated as walk-in clients and will be seen in the order of arrival. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance, which can be done by logging into our website in the upper-right hand corner with the email address used to book the appointment. Rescheduling and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subjected to an appointment fee of $25 per half-hour booked, with the only exception being if local government offices are closed due to inclement weather.
