Starting your own business is exciting - we can help you get through the paperwork and onwards towards your dream! At this appointment, your consultant will provide you with all of the information that you need in order to decide how you would like to have your business set up, and then they will help you create your business legally according to your preferences. This appointment includes EIN registration (optional) and registration with the Secretary of State (state filing fees are additional). Your Secretary of State filing may include any of the following: - Trade Name - Fictitious Name - For Profit Corporation - Not For Profit Corporation - LLC Registration - Partnership Registration - Limited Partnership Price includes $50 in filing fees.

Cancellation Policy:

Late arrivals are treated as walk-in clients and will be seen in the order of arrival. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance, which can be done by logging into our website in the upper-right hand corner with the email address used to book the appointment. Rescheduling and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subjected to an appointment fee of $25 per half-hour booked, with the only exception being if local government offices are closed due to inclement weather.
