Drop-off Service

Service Description

While we encourage desk appointments where we can complete your tax return usually within thirty minutes, we also offer drop-off service for those who prefer it! *Ask us about our digital drop-off service for contact-free tax preparation* Drop off your documents for processing with this quick, 15-minute time slot. We will take your information, review your documents, and you will be on your way! The tax preparer/accountant will contact you if they have any questions or concerns, and they will contact you when the service is finished to discuss the results. You can then schedule your Pick-up appointment at your convenience. This service is offered at the front desk only; we cannot guarantee that your tax preparer will be available to discuss the documents with you at the time of the appointment. If you need to speak with the tax preparer, please go back to the main menu and select one of our other service options.

Cancellation Policy:

Late arrivals are treated as walk-in clients and will be seen in the order of arrival. Quick service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time at no additional cost, which can be done by logging into our website in the upper-right hand corner with the email address used to book the appointment.
