Need a Notary?

Come to Pelican for $5 notary service! For only $5 per document, getting your paperwork notarized is quick and easy.

What do you need to bring?

- The document to be notarized.

- The signer/s and their government-issued ID.

- A witness, if required by the document.

That's it! We will take down some information, make a copy of the notarized document for our records, and then you are done!

... But what if the signer isn't able to appear in person? Our office does boast a spacious lobby, and a ramp from the parking lot, and we are happy to do our best to accommodate anyone with disabilities. However, if the accommodations in our office simply aren't enough, we do offer mobile notary services!

In addition to the $5 notary service fee per document, we charge $1/minute of round-trip travel time from our office as estimated by Google maps, and a $5 convenience fee for the personal visit.* Payment can be made by credit/debit card in advance over the phone, or in cash or check upon arrival. Payment must be rendered before mobile notary services are performed. Mobile notary services may be limited during tax season.

Up to 5 notarial acts per year are free for current bookkeeping or tax preparation clients, and we never charge the $5 notarial act fee for active duty military, reservists, veterans, police force, teachers, and emancipated minors. Please bring proof of your status and we will gladly waive the notarial act fee for those who work so hard for the United States to be a safe and educated nation.
